Comprehensive Mission Debriefing for Today’s Military Aircrews

Debrief 3D (D3D) is the newest debrief product in TEAC’s leading edge suite of debrief applications that offers a new scalable and highly flexible debrief system. Debrief 3D was designed for the Warfighter, and replays a 3-Dimensional depiction of the mission with multiple views and data displays. Debrief 3D can function as a stand alone application or can be combined and synchronized with other remote or simulator applications to form a larger, more detailed debriefing suite.

 

When synchronized with the TEAC Mission Digital Debrief Software (MDDS), the debriefing suite displays 3 dimensional views and recorded cockpit video and audio on multiple screens or white boards. This unique design approach results in a common debriefing suite of applications which support review and analysis of both tactical aircraft missions and training sessions flown in highfidelity simulators.

  • HUMAN INTERFACE FEATURES:
    The Debrief 3D Graphical User Interface is operationally based and presents intuitive and efficient control of mission debriefing for today’s aircrew. Designed to facilitate the best practices of current active duty flight and simulator instructors by providing:
    • An innovative 2D/3D visualization tool which enables full tactical mission reconstruction by graphically depicting aircraft, sensor and weapon employment for each participant. This system can be used for any mission flown (combat or training) and in any place (deployed, off the ship or at home base) at the squadron level.
    • Synchronized playback of all flight data and recorded cockpit display video and audio from all players with a multitude of angles and viewpoints.
    • Capability to quickly access any portion of the mission and review the mission at normal, slow or rapid speeds.
    • Ability to easily select and monitor recorded cockpit video and audio from any or all of the mission aircraft.
    • Full situational awareness of the entire mission via simple mouse and keyboard commands.
    • Platform specific measurement tools for Performance Measurement are incorporated into the design on the software.
